You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee (deducted from your refund).

Exceptions: We don’t charge a restocking fee (and we cover return shipping) if we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived damaged/defective and you report it within 48 hours (see “Damages & Issues” below).

Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, in the same condition you received them, with tags and in the original packaging. Because our products can be safety-critical, any item that has been installed, used, altered, or shows wear is not returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale/clearance items and gift cards

  • Custom/specially sourced items

  • Items missing original packaging, parts, or documentation

How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

Email support@andordynamics.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if damaged/defective). We’ll issue return authorization (RMA) and instructions.
Once approved, please ship the item within 14 days using a trackable service.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • Change of mind / not needed / ordered wrong item: Customer pays return shipping.

  • Wrong item sent / damaged or defective on arrival: We pay for return shipping if reported within 48 hours of delivery with required photos (see below).

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, we may deduct our actual outbound shipping cost on change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges

For fastest turnaround, place a new order and return the original. Once the return is approved and received, we’ll process the refund per this policy.

Damages & Issues (Report Within 48 Hours)

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of the carrier’s delivery scan at support@andordynamics.com so we can make it right.

When you contact us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing: the outer shipping box (all sides), inner packaging, shipping label, and the item/product damage

  • A brief description of the issue

Keep all packaging and the product until we complete the claim or resolution. Reports submitted after 48 hours may limit available remedies (e.g., replacement vs. return) because carriers and insurers require prompt notice.

Refunds

We’ll notify you when we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days (minus any applicable fees). Your bank/issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
If 15 business days pass after our approval and you don’t see your refund, contact support@andordynamics.com

Deductions that may apply:

  • 15% restocking fee (change-of-mind/incorrect order at customer fault)

  • Original outbound shipping (if you received free shipping)

  • Any missing/damaged components not due to carrier damage

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Packages refused at delivery or returned as undeliverable are treated as a return: refund minus original shipping, plus the 15% restocking fee (unless our error).

International Orders (if applicable)

Duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable by Andor Dynamics LLC. For refunds of duties/taxes, please contact your local customs office or carrier.

Cancellations (Before Shipment)

You may request to cancel before shipment; a 10% cancellation fee covers payment processing and administrative costs. If the order has already shipped, please follow the returns process above.
