By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our products.

1) Overview & Acceptance

This Site is operated by Andor Dynamics LLC. We offer the Site, information, tools, and services conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any policies referenced here or available by link.

2) Eligibility & Compliance

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to purchase and possess the products you order. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state (including California), and local laws relating to purchase, installation, transport, and use of our products.

3) Orders, Pricing & Modifications

All orders are offers to buy and may be accepted or rejected at our discretion. Prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any product or the Service at any time. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. By submitting an order, you authorize us (and our processor) to charge your payment method.

4) Cancellation Policy

If you (the customer) request to cancel a placed order, a 10% Cancellation Fee applies to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

  • Timing: We’ll attempt to honor cancellations before fulfillment. If the order has shipped, please use the Returns Policy instead.

  • Special/Custom Orders: Made-to-order or specially sourced items may be non-cancelable and non-refundable once placed.

  • Processing Fees: Third-party payment fees may be non-refundable even if we cancel.
    This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

5) Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information

Site content is provided for general information and may not be accurate, complete, or current. We are not obligated to update content. Your reliance on Site material is at your own risk.

6) Shipping; Risk of Loss & Title

We ship to the address you provide. Title and risk of loss pass upon our delivery to the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

7) Returns & Exchanges

See our Returns Policy posted on the Site (incorporated by reference). Where required by law, your statutory consumer rights are preserved.

8) Products; Compatibility; Reverse Engineering

We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that descriptions, specs, or compatibility notes are error-free. You are responsible for confirming fitment and suitability. You agree not to reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile products purchased from us. Displayed colors may vary from actual products.

9) Account/Billing Accuracy; Refusal of Service

We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household, or order (including orders using the same account, card, or address). We may refuse service to anyone for any reason permitted by law. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and billing information and to promptly update it.

10) Safety & Proper Use (Important)

Our products may be safety-critical accessories. Improper installation, modification, or use can result in property damage, personal injury, or death. Follow all instructions, verify compatibility, function-check after installation, and perform regular inspections. Do not use any product showing damage, abnormal wear, or improper fit.

11) Optional Tools & Third-Party Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or link to third-party sites we do not control. Such access is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, services, or transactions. Review third-party terms and policies before use.

12) User Content (Reviews, etc.)

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Andor Dynamics LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor or remove content in our discretion.

13) Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; (c) to upload malware or disrupt the Service; (d) to collect or track personal data without consent; (e) to harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to spam, phish, or scrape; (h) to circumvent security features; or (i) otherwise in violation of applicable law.

14) Intellectual Property

All Site content and marks are owned by Andor Dynamics LLC or our licensors and protected by law. No rights are granted except as expressly provided. You may not copy, modify, or exploit our IP without written permission.

15) Warranty & Disclaimers

Except for any express written warranty included with a specific product, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANDOR DYNAMICS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties; if so, the above may not fully apply.

16) Assumption of Risk; Release

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE INSTALLATION, USE, MODIFICATION, OR MISUSE OF OUR PRODUCTS CAN BE DANGEROUS. YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS, INCLUDING THE RISK OF PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR DEATH.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS ANDOR DYNAMICS LLC, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PURCHASE, INSTALLATION, OR USE OF THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING MISUSE, IMPROPER INSTALLATION, ALTERATION, OR FAILURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. This does not waive liability that cannot legally be limited (e.g., gross negligence or willful misconduct).

17) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ANDOR DYNAMICS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PERSONAL INJURY) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR US $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; these apply to the fullest extent permitted.

18) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Andor Dynamics LLC and our affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) misuse or improper installation of products; or (c) violation of law or third-party rights.

19) Privacy

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.

20) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version and updating the “Effective date.” Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

21) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, misuse, or non-compliance with law or these Terms. Obligations accrued prior to termination survive.

22) Governing Law; Venue (California)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California for any dispute not subject to a different mandatory venue by law.

23) California Notices

  • Proposition 65. Some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. See www.P65Warnings.ca.gov Where applicable, we will include a warning on the product page or packaging.

  • Consumer Rights. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights under California law.

24) Severability; Waiver

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

25) Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our other posted policies (including Returns and Privacy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Andor Dynamics regarding the Site and products.
