The MRCK (Mag Release Conversion Kit) converts your Glock gen 3 pistol's magazine release button to the same ergonomics as a gen 4/5. The only thing required to install the kit is a drill and a few minutes.

*This will NOT allow ambidextrous use. The cutout on the passenger side of the Glock gen 3 is larger than the cutout for the thumb pad.*

THIS DOES REQUIRE YOU TO DRILL/CUT YOUR FRAME AND IS A PERMANENT MOD!

One of the best Gen 3 mods I've done

I am so glad I randomly stumbled onto a reddit post with this mag release mod and I'm going to be converting all of my Gen 3s now. It's super easy to install but does require a permanent modification. I've tried several aftermarket extended mag releases that are easy to reach but they just stick out too much. This one is easy to reach and stays low profile.
